Boasting stunning views over the marina, the hotel’s modern French-style brasserie, Brasserie de Verres En Vers, serves a tempting menu of fresh food, using both local and French ingredients. Each morning the brasserie offers its Super Breakfast Buffet which features over 120 breakfast dishes from the Continent and Scandinavia, as well as North America and the English breakfast. Sunday Brunch is popular with locals due to the vast buffet options.

Set on the ground floor, the contemporary-style Martello Bar boasts an amazing focal point: an amazing aquarium housing dozens of tropical fish. By Car
- Leave the airport, and at the roundabout take the first turning, indicating the North and St. Helier ( town centre).
- After one mile you will approach a double roundabout. Continue to follow the sign towards the town centre (St. Helier).
- On the filter-in turn, turn left and continue on that road which eventually becomes a dual carriageway.
- Once you have passed The Grand Jersey (on the right-hand side) and Elizabeth Castle on the right at St. Helier, continue in the left lane and follow the signs towards the harbour.
- You will approach Cineworld and Fitness First. Take the left lane which goes along the dual carriage way tunnel, and you will reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd turning towards the harbour.
- At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit again. Continue on that road at the end you will reach the Radisson SAS Waterfront Hotel, Jersey.
