The cuisine prepared is of an excellent quality. The imaginative menu makes full use of the freshest local produce available, using game, locally caught fish and renowned Irish beef. Believed to be named after acclaimed surveyor Thomas Drummond, who used the site as a reference point in his calculations.

Area information
